The tour "Around the Biggesee - No. 44" starts at the Waldenburg campsite in Attendorn. The cycle route initially runs along the western shore of the Biggesee on paved paths in a southerly direction, passing Neu-Listernohl. A striking element of the route is the crossing of the dam, which offers the opportunity to pass the Café Leuchtturm. Continuing on, you reach the Listerdamm, an engineering feat that hydrologically separates the Bigge and Listertalsperre dams. After bypassing the Sonderner Kopf, an area that offers an attraction for water sports enthusiasts in the form of the "Blobbase", the route leads close to the southernmost point near Eichhagen. From there, the circular tour continues on the eastern side of the lake before finally returning to the starting point in Waldenburg Bay. The entire cycle tour is designed as a circular route. Along the way, there are various places to stop for refreshments and access to bathing spots, which round off the experience on the Biggesee. The region is also characterized by cultural interest, which is reflected in various points along the route.
