The Olpe Bach Tour No. C is a versatile circular route for regional cyclists and mountain bike enthusiasts. This circular tour can be started flexibly at various points. Starting from Olpe, the route leads southwards, following the course of the Günse stream to the village of Thieringhausen. The route continues to the settlements of Altenkleusheim, Neuenkleusheim and Stachelau. From there, a detour to Rehringhausen is planned, a village whose well-kept half-timbered houses have a special flair. These qualities were recognized in the national "Our village has a future" competition when Rehringhausen was awarded the title of national gold village in 2009. There are various places to stop for a break along the route. The route then continues via Lütringhausen and finally leads back to Olpe, the starting point of the experience.

Safety guidelines

A rescue point system has been installed throughout the region (Soest district, Hochsauerlandkreis, Märkischer Kreis, Olpe district and Siegen-Wittgenstein district). Rescue points can be found on the information boards at the junctions of the Südwestfalen cycle network.

Author Tip

At the end of your tour, visit the BiggeSeeFront, which was completed in 2019. It is located directly opposite the leisure pool on the other side of the lake.
