Via our website www.sauerland-radwelt.de we provide information for locals and guests about cycling in the Sauerland region.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The above-mentioned service is partially compatible with the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG).

The following parts/contents/functions of the service are not barrier-free:

• Images and graphic control elements do not consistently have clear alternative texts.
• The programmatically determinable heading hierarchy deviates in part from the content structure of the page.
• Form fields that refer to the user themselves do not convey the purpose of the respective field via a language-independent attribute.
• The contrast requirements for texts, e.g. error messages in the contact form and outlines of the input fields in the form, are not consistently met.
• The contrast specifications for text on images are not consistently fulfilled.
• Individual area markups are not available.
• The focus sequence is not consistently comprehensible.
• When navigating using the keyboard, the focus is not always clearly visible.
• The error labels are not clearly linked to the form fields.
• The HTML syntax is not consistently valid.
• The name, role or status for assistive technologies (e.g. screen readers) cannot be determined for all control elements.
• Not all PDF documents are accessible.
