The 4Fachwerk Museum is dedicated to the city's history—one of four areas through which the museum association is further developing the Freudenberg City Museum.
The 4Fachwerk Museum is located in Freudenberg’s former city museum and features four main themes spread across four floors: art, history, creativity, and the Siegerland watchmaking tradition. The sections include a gallery for rotating art exhibitions, a workshop, a room dedicated to the town’s history, and exhibits by historic clockmakers. Exhibitions, readings, creative workshops, and lectures are held regularly. The museum association, founded in 2014, continues to develop the museum as a venue for active cultural engagement.
