The regional cycle tour from Altenhundem to Biggesee begins at the starting point in Altenhundem and initially follows the signposted SauerlandRadring to Borghausen. The route then leads into the Repetal valley, which invites you to stop off for a bite to eat with its characteristic landscape and available restaurants. The route continues via the villages of Helden and Bremge to reach the Biggesee, whose shoreline is accompanied for several kilometers. The lido in Waldenburg Bay offers a possible rest stop, where you can refresh yourself in the waters of Lake Bigge on warm days. The "Biggeblick" viewing platform also offers a comprehensive panoramic view of the lake's vast expanse of water and the surrounding region. From the Bigge dam, the tour continues along the Bigge and the Ahaus reservoir until you reach Finnentrop. From there, the route returns to the SauerlandRadring. There is an optional stopover in Meggen to explore the Galileo Park with its Sauerland pyramids before the circular route returns to its starting point in Altenhundem.
