The cycle tour starts at Olsberg Touristik. The initial section of the route follows the RuhrtalRadweg downstream towards Bestwig. After a short stretch, marked by junction 17, the route branches off from the RuhrtalRadweg, which leads through the picturesque Antfeld. The route then climbs moderately along the cycle path to the Brilon district of Altenbüren and continues over the topographical heights to Brilon. There, the historic old town, in particular the market square, offers an opportunity to take a break. The route continues northwards along the Möhne, branching off to Scharfenberg at junction 10. The Altenbürener Mühle restaurant is reached via Rixen and Esshof. Further on to Nuttlar, the route crosses the highest highway bridge in North Rhine-Westphalia. The final section follows at junction 18, which leads back to the starting point via the Ruhr Valley cycle path upstream through Antfeld.
