The gravel bike tour "Around the Kuhlenberg No. 18" in Winterberg starts at Bremberg and initially leads along the Kurweg to the Astensanatorium. From there, the route descends into the Renau valley. After passing the Remberg at the market places, the route descends into the valley of the nameless. Shortly before Silbach, the route crosses the country road to bypass the village on the eastern slope. After Silbach, the route leads up towards Hoher Hagen, from where it descends again towards Siedlinghausen. An alternative route in the valley allows you to bypass the ascent to Siedlinghausen. After Siedlinghausen, after a short ascent, the elevation is maintained before a southern turn-off uphill into the Ruhr valley in Wiemeringhausen. The route then continues on a moderate incline via Niedersfeld, following the Ruhr valley back to Winterberg and the starting point at Bremberg. There are opportunities for gastronomic breaks along the route.
