Directions
The route of the blue bird is really designed for beginners and so it goes via the coal pile Große Grube always slightly downhill over the Lütteke field to another refuge "Am Streit". Here you have the option of switching to the red bird route. Our blue bird continues along the state border between North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse to the Hildfelder Höhe. Here you have the option of riding the black rabbit, but beware, it is technically very difficult.We fly down into the valley on a beautiful descent and pass the famous Mühlenkopfschanze. A small ice cream at Café Aufwind beckons as a reward before we return to our starting point in Willingen.
Author Tip
As this tour is almost all downhill from the Hildfelder Höhe, you can extend the tour with the black rabbits, which is very technical, or follow the red rabbits in the valley
