The regional cycle tour starts in Hüsten and follows the established nationwide cycle path network. The route initially climbs up to the Heve basin of Lake Möhne. From the Torhaus, a section opens up through the Hevetal nature reserve, past St. Meinolf and Neuhaus, accompanied by the course of the Große Schmalenau stream, up to the highest point in the settlement of Lattenberg in the Arnsberg Forest. From there, the trail leads downhill into the Ruhr Valley between Freienohl and Oeventrop. There, the route connects to the Ruhr Valley cycle path, which leads westwards to Alt-Arnsberg and back to the starting point via Bruchhausen. The circular route also offers a variety of places to stop for refreshments along the way.
