From the starting point at Bremberg, the route leads along the Kurweg to the Astensanatorium and from there descends into the Renautal valley. After overcoming the Remberg in the area of the market squares, the route descends into the valley of the nameless. Shortly before Silbach, you cross the country road to bypass the village on the eastern slope. After Silbach, the path climbs towards Hoher Hagen and then descends towards Siedlinghausen, which is located in the valley and is passed. After a short ascent behind Siedlinghausen, the route remains at altitude and turns south uphill in Wiemeringhausen into the Ruhr Valley. The route then continues moderately via Niedersfeld, following the course of the Ruhr valley, back to Winterberg and from there to Bremberg.
