MTB - Jickjack Tour No. 32 begins by passing the golf course, followed by the ascent of the Poppenberg. The next ascent is reached along the outskirts of Gudenhagen. The route through Brilon Wald passes the Hüttenkopf and the higher Fohrenkopf. After the highest point of the route, cyclists can look forward to a striking descent. The route continues through the valley to Jickjackmühle before returning to the starting point along Hölsterloh.
