The circular mountain bike tour starts north of Olsberg and passes the historic Schellenstein Castle. The route is characterized by moderate differences in altitude, which extend through changing forest areas and open meadow landscapes to Esshoff and Rixen. The Aa mills, an ensemble of four historic buildings directly on the banks of the River Aa, can be seen in the fields before Brilon. The route continues around the Forstenberg and then climbs up to the Zwöllberg. The Langer-Berg plateau finally leads to an impressive descent that points the way back to Olsberg.
