The regional cycle tour starts in Langscheid, located on Lake Sorpe. The initial section of the route includes the Sorpe promenade and the adjacent spa gardens. Along the lakeshore, far-reaching views of the water surface of Lake Sorpe open up. The route passes the Mosaik outdoor center, which specializes in team training and experiential education programmes. Right next to it are characteristic Swedish and tree houses. There are also a variety of refreshment stops along the way. The route then leads away from Lake Sorpe towards Mellen and Wocklum. The historic Wocklum Castle, ancestral seat of the von Landsberg-Velen family, is located here. The Luisenhütte adventure museum, which vividly documents the historical processes of iron production and processing, is a noteworthy stop. The route continues through the villages of Beckum, Hövel and Enkhausen. Enkhausen is home to the Heinrich Lübke House, a museum and memorial dedicated to the work of former German President Heinrich Lübke. The circular tour ends at the starting point in Langscheid.
