Information

Directions

Basically, the tour starts at the Schützenhalle and leads briefly uphill via Herhagen into the valley of Nordenau. This is followed by a steep ascent through the Astenberg ski area. After a few descents, the route then climbs uphill again over beautiful trails to the Wesenberg. After a steep trail descent, which takes us to the lowest point of the route, there is another long ascent almost as far as Astenberg. Now it's time to gather strength for the steep final ascent, which is paved for the last 400 meters, on a long descent, which is interrupted by a beautiful trail. From here on, the route climbs for 5 km over undulating terrain. Now comes a long downhill section with 3 small technical sections to Obersorpe. On the following flat section, you can recover before climbing to the next altitude. After a long, easy descent, there is a steep single trail to Oberkirchen. Now you ride towards Lengenbeck to recover after a climb on a longer descent. 3 km before the finish, a steep climb of 300 m requires the last reserves of strength.
