The mountain bike tour, a loop, starts at the Bremberg parking lot with an initial section that leads down to Winterberg. The route continues with a moderate descent through the Ruhr Valley and reaches Niedersfeld. From this point on, there is a steady climb toward Langenberg, which transitions into a technically challenging trail that winds through the characteristic high heathland. Conquering the Hillekopf is a key challenge before reaching Küstelberg. There are various options for taking a break there. This is followed by another climb that passes the Schienenhütte at Bringsfeld before the route descends again toward Elkeringhausen. After passing the Ehrenscheider Mühle in the Orke Valley, the tour culminates in a steep climb that leads back to Winterberg.
