The challenging circular tour, starting from Arnsberg, crosses the Arnsberg Forest and leads to the Möhnesee, whose shores are extensively developed. After Hirschberg, the Lattenberg presents a moderate but extended ascent. The route then takes a topographically varied route through the villages of Berge and Calle to Meschede. Schüren airfield is followed by a rapid descent to Wenholthausen, which gives way to a longer ascent to the traditional brewery town of Grevenstein. From the Hellefeld Höhe, a serpentine descent allows you to return to the starting point in Arnsberg.
