Racing bike - Trans redhead

The road bike trans-Rothaar tour begins in the Medebach Bay, the "Tuscany of the Sauerland". A moderate start leads to the first climb on the Schlossberg in Medebach. The route leads to Winterberg via Küstelberg and Elkeringhausen. Here you can cycle up the Kahler Asten, one of the highest points in NRW for cyclists. On a clear day, the panoramic view extends as far as the Brocken in the Harz mountains. This is followed by a descent through the Sorpetal valley. A challenging ascent leads to Grafschaft, a venue for well-known cycling events. The section through the Rothaargebirge then begins, characterized by challenging serpentines to Jagdhaus. A descent into the Edertal offers a brief respite before a flatter section along the Eder leads to further climbs. From Dotzlar, an intense climb awaits the riders, which leads into an extended descent into the Lahn valley. Bad Laasphe serves as a strategic point for a refreshment stop. The return journey from Puderbach is challenging with a progressively increasing gradient. A final relief in the Edertal precedes the last climbs to the destination of Hallenberg.
