Suttrop round trip

We start at the LWL parking lot and ride up Lindenstraße, then left onto Am Appenberg until we reach Soestweg. There we turn left again and then right onto Hardtweg. We follow Hardtweg until we reach the district road (cycle signposts) and then take the cycle path downhill.* At the bottom of the bend, we turn right onto the road (cycle signposts) until we reach Kallenharder Straße. We cross this road and then follow the unpaved path through the forest. Shortly before the end of the forest, it is possible to take a detour to the left to the Hohle Stein, at the end of the forest we turn right up to a refuge, where we turn left and then right at the next opportunity. Cross the Enkerbruch and ride uphill on the other side. At the end of the road, we turn right (cycle path signs) to the "Steine und mehr" information board, where we turn left uphill again. At the end of the road, turn right towards the Montgolfiade site, where you can take a detour to Warsteiner Welt and stop for refreshments at Plückers Hoff. The route continues downhill to Homertrift, where we turn right towards Warstein. Here we can use the cycle path along the Wäster. Turn left at Rangestraße and right at the traffic lights onto the main road. At the bottom of Warstein, turn right onto the district road to Suttrop and then immediately left again onto Franz-Hegemann-Straße back to the starting point.* A detour to Körtlinghausen Castle is worthwhile, then please follow the cycle path to the end and then follow the sign for Körtlinghausen Castle on the right.Tour suggested by: Rita Cordes
