The Little Rothaar Tour starts from Medebach in Hochsauerland. The topography up to Hallenberg serves as an introduction to the challenging ascent to Pastorenwiese. Another significant climb awaits cyclists in Mollseifen, followed by an increased challenge in the Nuhnetal valley, which stretches from Züschen to Winterberg. The final test is the climb at Elkeringhausen, followed by a speedy descent to Medebach to round off the tour.

Safety guidelines

A rescue point system has been installed throughout the region (Soest district, Hochsauerlandkreis, Märkischer Kreis, Olpe district and Siegen-Wittgenstein district). Rescue points can be found on the information boards at the junctions of the Südwestfalen cycle network.
