This circular road bike tour begins in Rüthen with a descent to Büren. The route to Bad Wünnenberg then requires a constant ascent. After cycling around the scenic Aabachtalsperre dam, there is a significant climb to Bleiwäsche. The following section to Alme, where the source of the river rises, is downhill. A final ascent completes the tour in Rüthen.
